I feel like this eating style is very gentle…I was never hungry and “stuck” unable to eat anything, and I didn’t feel deprived. The weight did take awhile to start dropping…but then it did! 

My goal needed to be finding a way to eat that was sustainable for my life…so many other diets aren’t a sustainable to do forever. This feels doable. 

The 12 week commitment is worth it- and the fact that weight may not drop immediately isn’t a bad sign- it’s a sign you’re finding a way to eat for the rest of your life. And the slack is super helpful! Access to Katie to ask questions is worth everything.”

I can honestly say, I never tried any one diet or plan or "way" for more than 10 or so days because I felt like a failure for any slip up I had. Especially Weight Watchers (I want to eat like Kate Hudson) or My Fitness Pal (my old friend, calorie counting).
